Mr. Tariq Al-Shehab is the Chairman of Watani Financial Brokerage Company, in addition to the position of Brokerage Executive Director at NBK Capital. Mr. Al-Shehab oversees various brokerage services offered by NBK Capital. He has 20 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining NBK Capital Brokerage team, he was part of the team overseeing branch management at NBK’s Consumer Banking Group.

Mr. Al-Shehab has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication Media & Political Sciences from Kuwait University.

Mr. Al-Hamad is the Vice Chairman of Watani Financial Brokerage Company, in addition to the position as the Chairman of NBK Capital and the Chief Executive Officer of Global Wealth Management. Previously he was holding the position of CEO at NBK Capital, he held several leadership positions in the company since he joined in 2007. Mr. Al-Hamad is a Board Member of NBK-France.

Prior to joining NBK Capital, Mr. Al-Hamad held several senior positions in leading organizations, including General Manager at Agility Kuwait and Associate Director at Wellington Management International in the UK. Mr. Al-Hamad holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Hussein Ali Zeineddin is the Chief Operating Officer at NBK Capital. Mr. Zeineddin oversees various departments within NBK Capital, including the Information Technology Department, Operations Department, Fund Admin Department, and Client Relations Department. He has 20 years of financial services experience.

Mr. Zeineddin has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Beirut, in addition to being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the International Association of Chartered Financial Analysts.

Mr. Ali Saleh Ali Al Sallal is the Legal Advisor at the Legal Affairs Management at NBK Group. He has over 14 years of experience in legal affairs within banking and financial sector.

Mr. Al-Sallal holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Al-Isra Private University in Jordan.

Mr. Tariq AlSamerraie is a Board Member at Fawsek Educational Company and the General Manager of Fawsek Holding Company, which invests in education and healthcare. He has occupied a number of key executive positions in several leading companies such as Fawsek Educational Company, Al-Masaleh Real Estate, Bayan Investment, Al-Washar Real Estate and National Bank of Kuwait.

Mr. AlSamerraie holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Boston University, USA.
